I made a manual bank transfer directly to Trustly — what happens now?

Trustly doesn’t support manual bank transfer deposits. If you’ve sent money directly to a Trustly bank account, the payment can’t be processed and will be returned to you.
What you can do:
- Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to be reflected in your account
In most cases, the refund is completed within this timeframe and no further action is needed.

If the funds haven’t been returned after 72 hours, please contact us via our support page. Include a proof of payment (PoP) showing your name, sending IBAN, receiving IBAN, date, amount, and any reference numbers. This helps us locate your payment and resolve the issue faster.
