My deposit was successful, but the merchant hasn’t received the funds.

Most payments are processed almost instantly. In some cases, it can take a little longer for the funds to appear on the merchant’s side. Payments are typically completed within 24 hours. Once settled, the merchant will be able to see your payment.
What you can do:
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your payment to be reflected with the merchant

If the funds haven’t appeared after 24 hours, please contact us via our support page. Include a proof of payment (PoP) showing your name, sending IBAN, receiving IBAN, date, amount, and any reference numbers. This helps us locate your payment and resolve the issue faster.
