If you see two charges for the same deposit, the second charge will be automatically refunded. Most refunds are processed within 72 hours, though in some cases it may take a bit longer depending on your bank.

What you can do:

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to be reflected in your account

In most cases, no further action is needed.

If you haven’t received your refund after 72 hours, please contact us via our support page. Include a proof of payment (PoP) showing your name, sending IBAN, receiving IBAN, date, amount, and any reference numbers. This helps us locate your payment and resolve the issue faster.
