No. Trustly does not charge you a service fee for using its payment service. However, a currency conversion fee may apply in some cases.

When might Trustly charge a currency conversion fee?

A currency conversion fee may apply when:

• You make a payment in a different currency from the currency available in your bank account.
• The merchant sends you money, such as a refund, in a different currency from your bank account.

If a Trustly currency conversion fee applies, it will be shown in the Trustly payment flow before you authenticate the payment.

Can my bank or the merchant charge a fee?

Your bank or the merchant may charge its own fees. These charges are set by them, not by Trustly.

Contact your bank about a bank charge or the merchant about a fee connected with its service.
