Using Trustly at online casinos

Trustly is a payment service provider, not an online casino. Some merchants use Trustly for deposits, withdrawals and Pay N Play services.

Making a deposit

Always start the payment from the merchant's website or app.

2. Select the Trustly or Pay by Bank option shown at checkout.
3. Follow the instructions to select your bank and bank account.
4. Approve the payment using the security method provided by your bank.
5. Return to the merchant's website or app and wait for the merchant to confirm the payment.

Making a withdrawal

Request the withdrawal from the merchant's website or app. The merchant decides whether Trustly is available for the withdrawal and when the withdrawal request is sent.
