Trustly is a payment service that lets you pay a merchant directly from your bank account. This type of payment is called Pay by Bank.

Trustly is not the merchant or your bank. Trustly processes the payment between you and the merchant.

You can use Trustly when it appears as a payment option on a merchant's website or app.

How do I pay with Trustly?

Always start the payment from the merchant's website or app.

1. Go to the merchant's checkout, payment or deposit page.
2. Select the Trustly or Pay by Bank option shown at checkout.
3. Follow the instructions to select your bank and bank account.
4. Approve the payment using the security method provided by your bank.
5. Return to the merchant's website or app and wait for the merchant to confirm the payment.

Never send money directly to a Trustly bank account using bank account details from a previous Trustly payment.

Starting each payment from the merchant's website or app helps connect it with the correct order, booking, ticket, deposit or top-up and ensure your money are not lost.
