Are there limits when paying with Trustly?

Yes. The minimum or maximum amount you can pay with Trustly may be limited by your bank, the merchant or Trustly’s payment service. There is no single limit that applies to every Trustly payment, and the limit may differ between payments.

Bank limits

Your bank may limit how much you can pay or transfer. Contact your bank to confirm its limit or if the limit is stopping your payment.

Merchant limits

The merchant may set a minimum or maximum amount for a purchase, deposit, top-up or transfer. Trustly cannot see or confirm the merchant’s limit. Contact the merchant to confirm the amount you can pay.

Trustly limits

If Trustly’s payment service applies a limit, follow the message shown during the payment. Trustly Support cannot increase or override the limit for that payment.

If your payment is delayed

If you see the Potential Transfer Delays message, the bank transfer has not been processed yet. Read related article What does “Potential Transfer Delays” mean?.
