How to log in

  1. Open the merchant’s website or app.
  2. Select the Pay N Play or login option shown by the merchant.
  3. When asked, select your bank and bank account.
  4. Follow your bank’s instructions to authenticate.
  5. Complete any additional steps shown by the merchant.

You do not need any Trustly username or password.

Some merchants combine login with a deposit. Others may allow you to log in without making another deposit. The merchant decides which options are available.
