Why was my payment declined?

Payments can occasionally fail, usually due to a simple issue that can be resolved quickly.

- Not enough funds in your account
- Bank security steps not completed
- The payment exceeds your bank’s limits
What you can do:
- Double-check your login details and try again
- Make sure you’re using a personal account in your name
- Confirm you have sufficient funds available
- Complete any security steps requested by your bank
- Try a lower amount if your bank or account has a transaction limit
Most payments go through successfully once these steps are completed.
