I'm unable to log into the Consumer Portal. How can I fix this?
There are two methods you can use to log into the Consumer Portal: Email (for Trustly Remember Me users) and Sign in with bank (for all users).
Email (Trustly Remember Me) users:
- Email login is only available for US-based consumers who have registered with Trustly Remember Me.
- If you are unable to log into the portal, please contact support for help reauthorizing your email address.
Sign in with bank users:
- The login information for the Trustly Consumer Portal is the same login credentials (email, username, phone number, etc.) for your bank. If you are unable to access the portal, check that the credentials still work on your bank's website/app.
- If you have more than one bank, or use more than one user name and password combination, please check your credentials and try again.
- Make sure that the Country selector is set to your bank's location.
- If you continue to have trouble accessing the portal, please reach out to our support team.
Note: The portal may not be available for your financial institution. If you are unable to log in, please contact our support team for assistance.
