How do I make a payment towards an outstanding debt?

Outstanding debt may prevent you from completing new transactions. To settle a debt or unpaid transaction, you can:

  • Log into the Consumer Portal to pay your debt in full using a debit card with the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover symbol.
    • Note: The Consumer Portal may not be available for all customers at this time. If you are unable to log in, or your debt is not appearing within the portal, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Reach out to our support advisors through the Contact Us button for more options. We are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Note: Outstanding debt is not the only reason a transaction may return as incomplete or declined. For more information, please see the Understanding Declined Payments article.
