After paying my debt, how long does it take before I can use Trustly online banking services again?

IMPORTANT: All normal terms and conditions apply to future transactions.
Processing times for using Trustly again after paying your debt depend on how you paid:
- If you pay Trustly directly by using the Consumer Portal or a payment link sent by the support team, your account will be unblocked within 24 hours.
- If you pay one of our collection agencies, you can transact 2 to 3 business days after receiving an email that confirms your debt is fully paid.
