How long does it take for a deposit to complete from my bank account to the merchant?

Note: A deposit refers to money moving out of your bank account and in to a merchant wallet. If you are waiting for money to flow into your bank account, please refer to the Withdrawal Timeframes article.

In most cases, Trustly instantly loads your merchant account with your deposit so that there's no waiting time to purchase or play. Since it can take 1-3 business days for the payment to fully process out of your bank account, please keep the funds available until you see the charge(s) clear.

In very rare cases it can take up to 2 business days for the deposited funds to appear in your merchant account (depending on the merchant, your bank, or both). Note: The standard 1-3 business days for the payment to process out of your bank account still applies.
