How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?

Trustly uses the Real-Time Payments (RTP) network whenever possible to ensure your withdrawals from the merchant to your bank account are instant. There are some factors that may affect withdrawal timeframes, including:

• Merchant configuration and eligibility
• Bank configuration and eligibility
• Technical errors

In the event that the withdrawal cannot be processed using the RTP network, Trustly uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network or the Canada Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) network. In those cases, the following timeframes apply:
Note: Non-instant withdrawals do not process on weekends or holidays.

• Non-instant U.S. withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days from the date of request to appear in your account.
• Non-instant Canada withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days from the date of request to appear in your account.
