How do I update my personal information with Trustly?
Trustly services work through your existing bank connection, and any personal information displayed is pulled directly from your online banking profile. In order to your update personal information (such as phone number or address), contact your bank or use their online banking portal.
For your security and privacy, only you can request changes be made at your bank.
Once you have updated your profile with your financial institution, refresh the connection by either:
- Removing and re-adding Trustly/your bank account within the merchant app(s).
- Revoking your authorization to the merchant(s) in the Consumer Portal.
The new information will be reflected the next time you use Trustly to connect.
