How do I resolve the error, "Sorry, this account cannot be used. Please go to your bank's website to verify your login credentials and try again"?

This error occurs when your bank requires an action from you in order to continue. For example, this occurs when the bank has updated their Terms & Conditions and you need to agree to the new terms before using your online banking account.

To resolve this message, do the following:


  1. Close your merchant app or website.
  2. Go to your bank's website.
  3. Log in and perform any required actions.
  4. Retry your transaction.
