Debt Communication From Trustly

Why did I receive a notification from Trustly that my transaction failed to settle and is it legitimate?

Copy link to clipboard

Trustly sends consumer debt emails in the event that we were unable to pull funds from your bank account after your transaction was approved. While we provide immediate access to your funds so you can use them right away, it can take up to 3 business days for the money to move out of your bank account and through the ACH banking network.

You can confirm this communication is legitimate by checking the sender's email domain. Our official address used for debt notifications is noreply@notifications.trustly.com.

How do I settle this debt?:

How do I prevent this from happening again?:

  • To prevent an insufficient funds (NSF) failure, keep enough funds in your bank account for 3 business days post-transaction, or until you see the money move out of your account.
