I was scammed — what should I do?

If you think you’ve been a victim of fraud, contact your bank immediately. They can take steps to protect your account and stop any further unauthorised activity.

Once your bank notifies Trustly, we’ll work with them to help investigate and, where possible, recover your funds.

You should also consider reporting the issue to the local authorities and, if possible, the merchant where the payment was sent.
