How do I lift my gaming block or unblock my account?
If you’ve previously applied a self-block, you can request to remove it at any time.
What you need to do:
- Contact us via our support page using the same email address you used to set up the block
- Request to have your account unblocked
Once we receive your request, we’ll process it and confirm when the block has been removed.
