How do refunds work with Trustly?
Trustly is a payment service provider and does not issue refunds directly. Any refund for a payment made via Trustly must be requested from the merchant. Once the merchant initiates the refund, Trustly processes it, and the funds are returned to your bank account. The speed of the refund depends on how quickly the merchant requests it and your bank’s processing times.
