Users can be disabled preventing access to the portal, but cannot be removed.
Important: You cannot re-enble a user at this time. Before you disable a user, be certain your intent is to prevent all future access.
To disable a Merchant Portal user, do the following:
- Open Merchant Portal.
- From your user drop-down menu in the upper right, select User Management.
- Locate the user that needs to be removed.
Note: If your list of names is lengthy, press CTRL+F, or CMD+F, to find the name on the page. - Click Disable.
A Disable User confirmation pop up displays. - Click Yes to disable the user.
