You may not be able to select an account if it doesn’t meet the requirements for the payment. This can happen if it’s a business or savings account, has restrictions, or doesn’t have enough funds available.
What you can do:
- Use a personal account in your name that’s active and not restricted
- Make sure the account has enough funds to cover the payment
- Check that the account supports the payment currency
Once these are in place, you should be able to complete your payment without issues.
